Excellent Customer Service

We purchased both the small and large Bleu Paws. When I opened the shipping package the larger paw was cracked and the package was crushed. I immediately sent an email to their service dept. explaining the problem with photos. Later that evening, I received an email apologizing for the damage and told a replacement would be sent that same day. True to his word a replacement was sent. We loved the service as well as the Bleu Paws. Both the service and the Paws are WOW!!

This is so useful! I have a dog: I use a plastic bag to pick up after each one, then deposit each bag into a regular poop bag. Such a clever tool, plus I don’t have to bend down so far to pick up!
